Guardian Entry 15: Belated Presents...! (Locked to Sasami)

Hey, Sasami?

I know it's a couple days late, but I wanted to make absolutely sure things were set up right.

First, I'm gonna tell you a little story before I give you your present; it's a really good one, too! ^^





...There was a little girl who had a project she had to make for class. We'll call her Sasami! Can you guess what her project is? ^^

She had to make a kite! Now, being a creative person deep inside, Sasami spent all night working on her kite hoping it would wow her teacher and impress her classmates.

Sasami's choice of a kite was that of a powerful Chinese dragon and she made sure the kite was really big when she'd finished it up!

The day of the presentation came up, and Sasami took her kite to class hoping that her hard work would show once she was able to present her kite.

Sadly, Sasami's teacher failed her before she could even got a chance to fly it! This was only because her teacher assumed it wouldn't fly on it's own and because it was too heavy to lift off the ground.

Shocked to the point of tears, Sasami broke down and cried for a while, not understanding why her teacher had failed her when she'd done such a good job on her kite! But what Sasami didn't know, at least not until quite a few years later, was that she had a very special guardian on her side...

That's right. Sasami's guardian was named Hay Lin, and she was connected to the element of air. It was thanks to Sasami's guardian that her kite ended up being the only one that was able to fly!

Sasami never met her guardian until quite a few years later, however. And to show her appreciation for all of Sasami's hard work, dedication to her friends and sacrifice...^^

...Hay Lin presented her sister with something very, very precious and hopes that Sasami will never forget her once things finally come to an end and they have to part ways. ^^

...You're very welcome, Sasami. Just remember-it's your choice on when you want to put them on; even though I usually have mine on most of the time, they end up vanishing whenever I've transformed. ^//^

But, whenever you're feeling sad about anything in particular, I hope you'll remember that your Guardian of Air will always be near to console you, listen to whatever you have to say, protect you...or stay by your side if you just want that.

Oh, yeah-wearing them whenever you're in the kitchen probably isn't a good idea, because you're working hard on cooking but that's when you just hang them up at wherever your chef's hat was at!
